PT Multika Adiperdana was founded in 1990 by our chairman Mr.Kardjono Wirioprawiro with its first office building: Multika Building, which is located in Jalan Mampang Prapatan Raya 71-73. The second building: the Mutiara Building was build in 2008, also in the area Mampang Prapatan Raya. And the third Fatmawati Building in Jl.Fatmawati.
Multika Group has grown to be an excellent space office provider and building management in Jakarta, with a total office area of more than 10.000 sqm by the end of 2014.
